Michelle Parker is a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) at Helen Porter, where she has been working for the past year and eight months. She began her journey through the facility’s LNA trainee program, which she describes as fast-paced yet highly informative and valuable in preparing her for the role.

Michelle primarily works on the rehab unit and has recently expanded her experience by working per diem on the medical-surgical unit. Through these roles, she has developed a strong sense of purpose in her career, finding fulfillment in supporting patients through their recovery and daily care.

She shares, “I enjoy seeing the results in patient care and making my patients happy.
